Your Mentor
In 2015 Deni almost became a monk. Studying under her guru & the guidance of senior sannyasi (monks), she was taught in an ashram the authentic teachings in both the physical, mental & philosophical aspects of the complete Yogic path. Here is where Deni first taught Yoga & philosophy. Later on she studied with one of Australia's most recognised Yoga Teacher Trainers and obtained her 350hr YTT with a biomedical integration to offically commence her own teachings outside of the ashram for the modern world. As the years went on, her learning, experiences & certifications grew with her studies in Tantra, Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda & Vedic counselling.
But, the real heart of why she does what she does is an Esoteric experience that can never be explained. You yourself would know the kind of experience we speak of – the profound moments that only make sense to you, that have a sacred energy that if you were to tell them to someone else it would lose it's essence completely. This is the part of Deni's journey that she cannot talk about but you can absolutely experience it in the way that she teaches the heart of Vedic traditions for the modern world. Her belief is that the Esoteric is the unchanging heart of spiritual truth that is universal across the cosmos (no matter what belief system you look at). This is the objective truth that when each of us is awoken to it, all of life's possibilities become possible. You master your existence.
